If the hyperlink is not active for these ones, then it will not be considered as outbound links.
no, I didn't use <a href tag or http/www.
so itt wouldn't consider as outbound link,would it?
i am asking this question because while browsing my site with chrome these link(like= abc.com /xyz.com) became clickable.and if i click on them, then it goes to those sites.

Yes if it goes to the target site then it will be considered as outbound link.

any single link that goes from your website to any website in the world is a outbound link.
any link that links to your website page is a from it self is a inlink .
that it .....

i think you have to understand first ..
OUTBOUND LINK = every single link that goes out from your blog
INBOUNDLINK = every single link that coming to your blog
thats simple

Hello Mat, If the link is clickable then will be considered as an outbound link.

As other said it will be come as outbound link. Are you sure you have given link to niche related site? Because it is must and safe.

Every link is an outbound link, it just depends on where you're looking.
From a page? Every link is outbound. In to a page? All links are inbound. Different domain? External link. Same domain? Internal link.
