wich tool do i using for mail market and what do i need to begin this job.please help thanks

it depends , how many mails you wana send ?....but if you wana send more then 10K , you should use VPS or server with multiple ips and use some web based mailers like PHP List , Interspire , Active campaign...etc

and wich tools can i buy now? senblaster is better than others? and what about harvesting? i have gsa emeil spider and scrapebox i think that i can use tow tools

Do you want to focus on marketing or your mailing tool? If its the first one, you should get acc on Getresponse or Aweber. They have guaranteed almost 100% inbox rate (that means none of your emails ends up in spam folder).

With your own mailing tool inbox rate can be a problem and you will never be sure how many emails ends as spam in client's spam folder
