Help about High PR domains

a person have some domains with page rank 4 and i want buy them but the problem is that this domains have same Citation Flow and Trust Flow !!! DA and PA are not same and page ranks are same !

What do you think ?

Examine their link profile properly to make sure there's nothing shady going on. Also, be sure to buy from a trusted dbomain broker that can give a refund if you disvover anything wrong.

PR is dead!

Having the TF and CF is likely
the main thing the the TF is at leadt 10 and the closer the CF is to the CF
Big differences between them. eg TF 5 and CF 30 is a bad sign

The fact that you're even considering PR as a metric worth measuring means you're not making the best decisions when it comes to buying domains...

Not good domains and PR is nothing these days... PM me if you're interested, I have some nice domains which I don't need...

forget PR google latest news

You don't see anything good on your screenshots and forget PR!

What you need to do is to check each and every link of the domain and the history in archive.org

Here is an example: marktamimp*org.uk

PA DA PR DL BL MR CF TF CF/TF

With links from wikipedia and the guardian and more.
But when you start checking the swayback machine, the last archived instance is blocked and than the site has been used as a link farm:

So even though the metrics are good with great backlinks, the site is useless as to WHY would someone that was using it as a link juice or PBN, have dropped it?
(Maybe penalized?)

Anyway, check your domain carefully and with diligence, not to spend your money on rubbish.

first, make sure link profile is good
second, pr 4 domain with da less than 10 and tf less than 10 is worth of zero bucks.

Even with PR, but was also used as link farm previously and completely spammed, as it is indicated by the CF/TF ratio.
