Help about Google AdSense approval.

Hey there. I've created a website, with a nice theme, got a bunch of posts and filled every categorie and my home page with good posts ( no plagiarism ) and i've applicated for Adsense.
Firstly, i've had only Terms and Conditions page, Contact Us, and Privacy Policy, and they rejected me for policy violations. I've now added also DMCA Policy and About us page also, but they still reject me for the same reason.

Can anyone help me how to actually get approved? My adsense account have been used before, it's an old one, but i'm having hard time to get accepted now. Maybe i'm missing some nessecery pages i need, but i'm not sure.
