What if I buy 30-40 unique articles, get accepted by Adsense or some CPA network and then start posting stolen content? What will happen?

If a site publishes stolen content, sooner or later you'll get a lot of DMCA complaints, then Google won't give your site any traffic. So yes, there could be a ban. If your site has no traffic from Google, then there is no significant earnings from Adsense.
