HELP ! A reliable Hosting for CPA offers (game hack niche) ?

I've been promoting CPA offers in the game hack niche for a while and I have a problem choosing a reliable webhost than won't suspend my website.

So far I've used :
- A landing page builder : Website was running for 5 months, then it was taken down.
- Hostgator + Wordpress : Website was running for 21 days, than it was taken down.
- DreamHost + Wordpress : Website lasted a week.

I have between 1000 to 3000 users daily.

How can I host my website without suspensions ? I'm ready to pay whatever it takes, I'm just looking for a reliable hosting.

Appreciate the help..

Did you bank good before the sites were suspended?

Not relevant to my question... But it's a side income and it was more or less profitable

just get a russia offshore hosting they don't give a shit about dmca complaints

Just use some Offshore hosting and setup a VPS for cheap.

I was working on gaming hack and it was the best solution + a lot of people work with that hosting company

UPDATE:

I used an offshore hosting (Shinjiru), but still, my website was taken down after one complaint.
I'm really confused, because I asked before using them if I can host my website...

Will I be safe if I use a VPS from GCP (Google Cloud) or AWS ? Which hosting will make my website bulletproof ?

I would love your help guys...
