I need help or input on this. So i found Beats by Dre Tours on a china website for 18.50 and i put them on ebay and i am selling for $75 free shipping. When i get the money from the sale i will use the money to buy the 18.50 headphones and i will keep whats left over. Will this work? Is it legal? Can I get cought? This is all done through paypal. I think this is what dropshipping is, i am new to this. Thank you in advance!

Don't risk your eBay account for 50$.

doesnt paypal hold your money until positive feedback

this is whats holding me back right now

im guessing i have to make the investment the first couple months?

kind of new too learning alot here though

DON'T DO IT. You will never see that money. Your customer will refund the instant he realizes you shipped him fake beats, unless you explicitly state that they are fake.

At those prices the units have to be fake, so your customers will be upset and you risk getting banned by eBay.

If you plan to proceed, I suggest you offer them as refurbished. I know of someone who sells them that way, and has been doing well.

Well, do you have a new or an established ebay account? Is it your real account or a stealth account?
Beats for $18 obviously are fake .... however, well there are different sort of "fake". If you can get your hand on the ones that are made in the same factory as "original" beats you are better off selling them, because they are like the "real deal" but of course without the official warranty.
ebay won't ban you automatically for selling this stuff, they will if you get too much negative feedback, which will be the case if you offer bad quality replicas.
