Help a noob with clickbank!

Hey guys, I have been reading the forums for a couple of months but I didn't really do anything with the information I gathered. I signed up for clickbank and have an affiliate link and everything. Now it's time for the advertising and marketing etc. I checked youtube to be the most common but I noticed how saturated it is with similar videos and whatever. Is it possible for me to use other social mediums like facebook, twitter and email to promote these links? Would setting up a dummy twitter account and then buying retweets with my link provided work? Would buying gigs on fivver that promote links on large facebook pages work? Help please. This is a big step for me.

My advice would be, what ever niche you decide to enter, just make sure you build a list from all the traffic you generate.

I have decided to enter the gaming niche because I noticed that its been generating a ton of traffic lately.
