I agreed to write an article for someone, but I'm not sure what he meant by this: "I would like to have it 3 % keyword friendly." What does that mean, 3 % keyword friendly? The article is on queen size memory foam mattress.

If your writing a 500 wordarticle then use that keyword in the title and in the body text twice

means that keyword will be in your content for 3 % .means if you write 100 words it will be there 3 times.
