it would seem so, this is pretty much what I was asking for and I'm going to do exactly that. I was, however, considering making my own product as well. I've looked at a lot of the products on CB and I've noticed that most of them have very long, very hyped up sales pages. Maybe it's just because I'm from NY but when I see a sales page my brain instantly goes to "Scam", I sort of feel like I get some potential customers but when they see some sales page that would take an hour to read through they get turned off.
I know the common understanding is that a good sales page is an important part of selling a product but do they really work? If you were going to buy, say, an Ipad and you went to Apple's site you wouldn't see an overly verbose sales page. Most "legit" products are sold on the merit of the product itself and not on how many NLP tricks you've hidden in a sales page.
Maybe I'm wrong, though, I am a noob after all.

1) Buy a good domain name review kind... see jennyreview
2) Pick niche like I explained
3) post articles in top 3 directories, you will also need sales or review page n site from where you can connect to offer
4) Now write one press release for your site and submit it across few sites
5) write one article and use article marketing software to make links for articles on ezine, goarticles and articlesbase... Some times also make few for your own site
6) Keep submitting articles and scrapebox blast for articles till you get ranking...
7) make few quality links on regular basis for your own site, keep increasing gradully
8) once your site starts getting some trust in search engine, start shifting work volume from articles on other sites to your own site
9) even when you site gets good avoid any blast on it, atleast not until it is big
10) add onlywire kind plugin in start so when ever u post a review it will be bookmarked to several places...
