Help a newbie out :) dropshipping /amazon question

So reading up on drop shipping with amazon/ebay I understand the whole process but How do people mange to do it with sales tax? If I was to dropship from amazon to ebay the tax would kill my profits and that's not including ebay fees.

Also to find drop shippers outside of amazon where should I look?

I would gladly appreciate if someone can point me into any direction really
