I gonna make a blog like 9gag w/ multiuser can post there. Any suggestion to do that? Any theme like 9gag?

Unless you market it properly, making a decent 9gag clone is near to 15% probability. I might recommend to make a site like 9gag that caters to different niche and it should be unique.

I agree. There's actually thousands of image boards for different topics out there that nobody knows about. You will either have to make it unique or have some really sweet SEO work, (and thousands of dollars in adword credits).
