HELP! 4G Method error while creating IG account

I've had no problems... only real problem I have is automating this mess to do exactly as I need it.... drives me nutso!

I didnt have any problems creating accounts with NOX emulator using 4g IPs. Of course it fails sometimes, but it's like 1 out of 20. I change footprints with xposed tool for rooted devices ( IMEI, android ID, advertising ID, MAC, device, device ID and other) delete cookies and browsing info. Seems to be working this way
