Hi guys. I'm new here. I have a profound love for blues music, hence the name.

I'm currently running a blog in the travel niche that also has a podcast. I'm working hard on ranking that the white hat way. It's not easy, but it's slowly coming along.

I'm also working on a novel that I want to self-publish. This is where I'm going to try and see what black hat SEO can do for me. It's a fun side-project that I also want to use as an experiment, as I have zero experience with black hat SEO.

Another project is a niche website with Amazon affiliate links. If the novel works out with black hat SEO, I'll try it on this project, as well.

Anyway, that's all. I'm sure I'll have a good time here. You seem like nice folk.

Yup. First of all welcome to BHW buddy. You can earn money immediately by black hat SEO but not sure it will be passive. Even though your idea is really good.
You may try that with white hat SEO.

what type of method you have been used to get ranking?

The one thing I'm worried about with black hat SEO is that I might get punished for it down the line. Is black hat SEO only for short-term stuff, or can it also work for a long-term boost? Does google catch you eventually as a rule, or is it based on luck?

I'm ranking my travel website by adding original content, doing keyword research, and posting on social media. IFTTT helps a lot with spreading the same post across multiple social media networks. I'm using follow-liker on Instagram at the moment. It works great. Getting about 50 new followers a day with a brand new account. I assume it'll only go faster once I get more posts and followers on there.

I am from The Netherlands! :) I have a lot of love for the USA and its music. Lived there for a while and did a road trip through the Deep South where I really found my love for Blues music.

I'd love to post some cool youtube links to songs I like but I don't have enough posts yet to do that.

Keyword research and good content. It's been going pretty well, but I feel I could use a good initial push to get things really rolling.

This "galaxy aged network" package in the market place looks really attractive to me.

But again, what are the chances that this could completely F up all my hard work if Google finds out about it? And is there a solution to fix that when it happens?
