Hey guys, long time lurker here. Not even sure how many accounts I've gone through just to be able to see images but never posted.

I pretty much understand all the basics and concepts in IM but need practical experience and experience in selecting ad networks and offer choices and more practice converting traffic. I'm extremely knowledgeable in IT and server administration but never really applied it to IM before.
