I've been lurking about the site for the past week or so. I finally decided to register so I could keep track of threads more easily.
I guess a little bit of an introduction is in order though. I've been studying SEO concepts for a little over a year now. I know some html/css and bit of php and jQuery. Not enough to do much on my own, but I can edit wordpress/blogger templates until they're exactly what I want. My biggest strength though is my writing. I can crank out a 500 word article in twenty minutes and have it ready for upload after another five to ten minutes of tweaking and error checking.
I've started probably a dozen different websites and blogs in the past. The problem, for me, has never been setting up the website, but what to do with it once I have it. I understand the concepts of SEO and the majority of the lingo (google is my best friend in this journey of self-education), I've just been hesitant to implement them fully. My current financial situation, however, is pushing me to put aside my doubts and take the plunge. I have the skills and the ability to make profit working in IM, now I just have to do it.
Anyway, that's enough of my pathetic introduction. I'll go back to lurking now. See you around.
