ive been running fb ads for similar stuff like iptv before, its tricky cuz they flag fast on keywords and landing pages. use broad interests + lookalikes from pixel data, cloaking on server side only with geo targeting to compliant countries. test small budgets first and rotate creatives daily, and u ll be fine I belive, u can find so many people here that will help u with cloacking!
