Hey! I’m new around here and just starting out with the idea of creating a blogging website. I’m wondering, what are some good ways to actually make money from a blog, especially when you’re just getting it off the ground? Would love to hear any tips from those who’ve been through it.

When you initially start out, concentrate on increasing traffic and trust by choosing a niche, posting frequently, and offering genuine value. Try affiliate marketing (low barrier, high potential), add a few display advertising (such as Ezoic or Adsense), and perhaps provide a basic digital good or service as traffic starts to come in. Don't put off building your email list. Value comes before monetization, so be wise and patient.

After starting a blog, the primary goad should be to publish valuable content that aligns with user intent and attracts traffic. Once you have visitors on your website, you can monetize it in different ways, such as displaying ads, selling guest posts, affiliate sales, etc.

If you're just starting a blog, here are simple ways to make money:
  • Affiliate marketing – recommend stuff, earn when people buy.
  • Sponsored posts – brands pay you to write about them.
  • Sell digital products – like eBooks, templates, tools, SaaS products or courses.
  • Offer services – use your blog to get freelance work.
Start small, focus on helpful content, and grow from there! Work regularly here!

Welcome! If you're starting out with blogging, focus first on picking a niche that has decent monetization potential like affiliate marketing, CPA offers, or digital products. Use evergreen content and aim for consistency. Even basic SEO can help you gain early organic traction. As traffic grows, test niche affiliate offers and build an email list. To scale or do things like competitor research or scraping SERPs, mobile proxies can help bypass restrictions and avoid IP bans that slow down your growth.

Consider what topics and niches are trending, and make it easy for your blog to pivot if new trends emerge while still maintaining the quality of your blog
Another thing is to use tools to track your stats effectively

If you are starting out focus on ranking and getting traffic. Monetization comes second.

Focus on helpful content in a specific niche and learn basic SEO. Once traffic grows, monetise with AdSense, affiliate links or sponsored posts. Stay consistent - blogging takes time, but it can definitely pay off.

There are different ways. Like if you make a blog and it starts getting traffic , you can run ads on the site. If traffic is less but it is very targetted traffic, then you can choose option like Amazon affiliate.
