As long as you do NOT game the system you are allowed to have two accounts. No problem.

BHW allows you to have 2 accounts but it's not necessary in most cases. The mods won't ban you unless you try to exploit the system to get more review copies, inflate reaction scores, farm accounts, etc.

Example: If your main account is a Jr.VIP and has a Marketplace thread, you can not use your other account to bump that thread or making false reviews on the main accounts marketplace thread. That is to game the system, being sneaky in your actions to gain unfair points. Do that and you will end up banned sooner or later.
