Hello all!
I'm excited to start learning new stuff day by day and engaging with some of you.
This past month I have been following youtube videos, Skillshare, and Udemy for a better understanding in certain areas. Looking forward to getting a project going.
I Would love to gain recommendations of threads to follow for Newbies. I have a POD spreadsheet, redbubble account going with altered Royalty free designs. I'm aiming to edit and upload 1000 designs over the next 6 months and just leave them circulating on the websites. As a dump and leave. If I gain anything from it, then it's a plus and will be put straight into a project.
My Plans are to reign in a few websites,
- Travel Blog/Community sort of websites, A way to connect fellow travelers/backpackers stories and recommendations. I have been traveling these past 2 years so I have hundreds of connections who would be happy to provide me with stories/tips/places to see etc. Then once I grow, I will then pay for content. In the meantime, I can link each individuals social media.
- A gaming website, Mainly focusing on the upcoming Fifa game. I used to play the game quite a lot and have good knowledge still with ingame trading methods. I could provide some good content on tips to make the game easier for people. I could work with small and upcoming content creators on youtube. Income will probably come through affiliate programs with G2A Or MMOGA.
- My dad is a fantastic artist and would love to work with him, I have been speaking with him quite a lot lately regarding starting a Portfolio website with his artwork, He isn't tech-savvy stall, so this would be a big help for him to get his work out there. I would promote and sell his work for him for a small commission.
- Looking to buy an amazon affiliate website also, Does anyone know of a good freelancer with an awesome promo sale at the moment? Looking for a package with ongoing automated posts over the year.
I understand this is a lot to aim for, considering I have just started learning. I think I will just focus on the Travel website and the POD for now and broaden myself up over the next year or 2.
