Hello, guys. After several years thinking about developing a passive-income source and dabbling with a few unsuccessful projects, I have decided to take everything seriously and to dive deeper into it.

I have been lurking BHW for a few years on and off, but I still get confused about some of the abbreviations you guys use. I guess I'll get used to them as time goes by.

I guess that's it for now. Thanks for everything you have taught me so far, and I'm excited to keep on learning.

Hello and welcome. I've also been a lurker for years but have now joined because the amount of info and support here is astounding and it's great to be able to talk to others who are in the same boat.
