I'm pretty new here too my friend, like 45 minutes ago new, so I haven't figured everything out yet either. For me, I went up to the top right of the screen and checked my inbox, there's a message their from the site Mod, explaining some rules and guidelines. If you read through that it will show you that you need to post in the introductions thread, theres a link there, just click it.

That took me here, and up in the top right theres a button to start a new thread. Start with reading that message though.
