If you are a beginner i advice you to read forum rules 1st. Also read as much you can. Almost all methods here works good, but with a twist. Choose a method you are interested in, stick with it until you see success.

lots of advice here for beginners and newbies. Spend some time here read out the case studies of the Experts, ask a question if you dont find any solution anywhere. Just think this as your school where you learn daily.
