This is my first post on the forum. While I don't see the point in doing an introduction I'm going to use it as a snapshot of my progress so far. Hopefully, I'll look back one day and see how far I've come from since. Or maybe I'll be so successful I'll completely forget all about this post.
My interests change like piss in the wind. Usually, it changes while I'm midstream and ends up on my pant leg.
In the past, I've briefly tried dropshipping supported by Facebook Ads. Didn't have enough money to learn through trial and error or A/B testing.
Right now I'm obsessed with buying expiring top-level (dot)com domains. Trying to sell them through the typical marketplaces. Notice the word 'trying'.
The one consistent thing I've done is owned a website for the past 11 years. Sadly I had no idea how internet marketing, SEO or anything else worked. It wasn't until about a year ago that I started actually publishing content. Promisingly, one of my site is getting 1,500 monthly search traffic. Could-of should-of would-of been more if I could focus on ONE website. I'm also working full-time in an unrelated field - have a wife and two boys in diapers plus two cats and two dogs.
So for now I'm continuing on trying affiliate marketing and domain sales. Who knows what it will be a year from now. My hope for this forum is less to sell and more to learn from others who are successfully doing what I wish to accomplish. And while I write this I realize I'm really just procrastinating doing something that will get me further to my goals.
See you around.
