Hello to all!

Hello, I have been a long time lurker and finally decided to JOIN UP!

I still consider myself new to IM even though I have been reading for years about it BUT, not taking ANY ACTION. Which is of course the problem, lol . Suffice to say I am starting with baby steps here and going to work my way up the ladder. Always love to learn and read new concepts and idea's. So, hopefully I can contribute to this great forum as well as make some new friends. Happy to be apart of BHW
