Hello- New member here. I work with a small internet marketing firm but I very limited knowledge on how SEO actually works and am trying to figure out what our "SEO" technician is doing to get sites ranked on Google Places/ whether or not it is white hat. Can anyone direct me to the best FREE resources for me to build knowledge/ skills surrounding SEO? There is SO much stuff in this forum, navigating through it and judging it's credibility is quite the challenge.
