Hello SEO Experts, Please give your opinion considering Newbies.
Can newbies use Google's free hosting I mean Blogger platform instead of paying money on expensive Hosting Platforms.

What are Pros and Cons?

Yes you can.

Downside is flexibility and also possibility of it going down.

Free hosting is good but .com domain and your hosting performs way better mate .
 
it's important to note that there are some limitations to using a free platform like Blogger. you will be using a subdomain of Blogger (e.g. yourblogname .blogspot .com) rather than having your own custom domain.
 
Yes, You may choose. But the good thing is that, there are several affordable web hosting providers if you're on budget.
 
You can find some domains at an affordable price. You should invest some money to get some good things. Free are not always good.

Thanks for your reply, You are true that free platforms have limited access, and a sub-domain. But it's also possible to attach a custom domain.

YES
Blogger, Google's free hosting platform, is available to beginners.
 
Free hosting is slow and can go offline much more than a reliable paid host. You get what you pay for, invest in a paid hosting which will provide a ROI.

Yes, you can, but Blogger platform is a shit. Do not waste your time. You should buy good hosting, install Word Press and run a normal blog.

They're free for a reason and that reason is that they have severe limitations. You can use them, but if you wanna make serious money at this it's always a good idea to invest some of your own in a serious hosting plan.
 
Yes, newbies can use Google's free hosting platform, Blogger, instead of paying for expensive hosting services. While it may not have all the features and flexibility of a paid hosting service.
