Hello - problem with security question after added friends

I have this problem recently, when I came to add people on each account after 5-8 people i have the "Security Red box question" so it stopping to add people very fast.. before a week a go it was 50 people for each account before it shows up the "Security Red Box Question" what I sould do about it? please help me its a serious problem for me, thanks.
