Please how do I verify the second step of my advance setting using phone number.? It’s been showing me some error,

There was a problem sending a verification code to +(000) 0099 6474. Please enter a different phone number.

I’ve tried using different number and different networks too

Are you sure your country code is correct? +000 is the first time I’ve seen that

The issue is likely due to the invalid country code +000 use a valid number with the correct country code and try again.
 
Is your country code misspelled here or is the problem occurring even though the country code is correct?
 
The country code you entered is incorrect. You must write the country's phone code in the field after the + in parentheses. for example: United Kingdom country code +44

Your area code seems to be incorrect. Please check which country your SIM is registered in and search google for the area code of that country, then add the correct area code and you will receive the 2nd step verification code for your Youtube account.
