Hi im Kable, just started to learn about coding and seo etc as ive just set up my own website, while searching for a solution to a theme problem im having i came across this site, the post didnt help me as its a little old an doesnt apply to my theme so i joined, have tried to post my problem which includes some of the code in quotes but i keep getting triggered moderation system,

i removed all the http etc but still getting it, anybody tell me how i can post it so somone can help me out
