Well i m looking for a help and support where someone can guide me
to setup a flash gaming site from scratch, how to market it and how
to monetize it..

Anyone who read that you chose that business plan will have the idea that you actually can make such a website and you just need help with the marketing and promotion part .
My suggestion will be to best outsource the business part and for marketing , well , there are undless flash gaming sites on the net , so you actually need to get have your exclusive ATTRACTIVE games , you can submit demo or 1-2 levels on the common website and the rest of the levels will be on your site , also very important here to catch your visitors email to notify them when you will have new games or do a survey with them on what games they prefer so you actually get their loyalty .

Get a job or run a business like the rest of us. No one is going to sit and guide you through a business. The laziness/entitlement of some people makes me sick.

to learn new things it's okay if not then no one here is forcing you to guide or support noob..
There are many members out there on BHW who is always on to guide noobs to get a start, so here

My advice to any noob is to try something simple to begin with, don't try to run before you can crawl. Try and find a niche that has some appeal and not a lot of competition. Flash gaming websites are littered across the internet so you have to come at it from a unique angle.
Maybe look to having brand new and original flash games released.

Are you looking at this from a marketing or programing perspective? What skill do you already have? One of the central covenants of IM and business in general is if you don't know how to do something, then better pay someone else to do it for you. By this I mean as others have mentioned, if you don't know how to program, outsource your programming, if you don't know how to market, outsource your marketing, if you don't know how to do either, better find yourself another angle.
