Though it's a crticle one to acheive 148K backliks immedietly. Even the search engine need the time crawl and index the content and links to considered the active live backlinks which takes a time practically.

You're referring to the number of links as they would matter,
That's pretty much as someone getting 148k Iranian Rial, which seems too much while it's just a few dollars,
To answer your question, it's probably some bunch of useless links (footer, sidebar, etc...) within a few spammy websites with tons of pages
