Hello lads, need little insight please.

Hello everyone, I appologise for writing in wrong forum section, but I would 100% appreciate a helping hand, preferably that wasnt generated by AI, so, the problem is:
I have a voice track and a video, and I need to lipsync the said video and audio together, I have used sync labs (NOT an advertisement), but now they started charging live usage instantly and 1 video costs me around 50$, and that price is unacceptable.
For that reason, I am asking advice, what lipsyncing service there is that does it's job properly and not costs like a private jet, self hosted solutions are also welcome, my main focus is realism, it (render) can be slow, but it must be inexpensive and of a good quality.
