I would like to resale traffic on fiverr.
For example like him- https://www.fiverr.com/morgan2202/send-traffic-to-your-new-movie-trailer--2
He is sending 400-500 traffic daily for a month, for only $4? I know he gets them for a cheap price that's why he is able to sale it.
Can someone tell me where i can get this cheap traffic to resale?

If it's not a bot it's probably a traffic exchange like HitLeap

So he is just using a bot and proxy to visit them?
