Hello. Is there any plugin which can write meta description and meta title automaticaly?

You can do this with Yoast I believe, I am a big fan of Yoast personally as the sitemap functionality does a lot more then required.
I am in a very competitive niche and I personally feel sometimes that Yoast helps me power through and actually be considered a competitor.
Enabled the Advanced Meta Settings within the plugin, and go to work. You can set the predefined functionalities pretty easy, or provided you don't want to use a plugin you can do the alternative route and navigate to your WordPress theme directory and add this to your header.php file right above the closing </head> tag.

I second the YOAST recommendation. Used to use All-In-One SEO but it's useless compared to YOAST.

All in one SEO plugin is what I use
ya, but not compare to yoast plugin. because yoast plugin gives u recommendation. anf green tick for everything. like post length, kw density, title, description and etc etc.

I also support Yoast. There are some template which does not include Title or Meta-description tags properly on your Wordpress blog, and Yoast would address such issue with ease. However, I would recommend enabling the "Advanced" option on the Yoast plugin, and that would provide further customization of your meta tags for your site - such as independent title and description for the home page (just the home page), etc. Unfortunately, the free Yoast version does not include keyword tags, as it looks like you'll have to get the paid version for that feature.
