Hello. Is there any plugin which can write meta description and meta title automatically (For WordPress)?

I know there is plugin that does tags - as far as descriptions I think it would be better to take the time and write your own , I know it can be time consuming but worth it

will serve multiple purposes including the ones that you stated

But can Yoast SEO do it automatically? I need it because I have many blogs.

It's best if you do it manually to help with Onpage. Don't rely on automation for this part.

Yoast puts your blog title in meta title + blog name, and I'm not sure what is with meta description.

Best is to do them all manually no matter how tedious it might be. If you have many blogs, the difference you will see in traffic will be even more significant!
