Hello i'm new here i'm 20 years old have been looking at seo for a while now and am now looking at getting into. so i am wondering where to start should i buy a microniche packageand do my own seo?

Welcome! I would avoid buying packages like that. Do lots of reading and then actually apply the work yourself if you want to learn. Don't be afraid to fail because everyone fails a lot before they succeed.
 
start learning SMM market, SEO is not as profitable as it was before... )
