On top of using mobile proxies, you're gonna want to use anti-detection browsers (in case you aren't using one already) in case the website is tracking your cookies and such on top of your IP. How to apply that depends on your device, OS, browser, etc. On that note, you can apply your proxy configuration on an anti-detect browser as well.
