Hey everybody,

FullCollapse here. I've been a lurker on the forum forever now but have finally joined up.

A little about me: I've been running a 70-person business process outsourcing operation in the essay writing niche for the past 5 years. I'm looking to network with other people who are doing something similar right now, whether it be in marketing, operations, sales, or running your own brands.

Would be awesome to link up with anybody who is doing something similar (because where else would we meet at?)

Hey there welcome to the forum, I hope that your niche was not excessively affected by AI ?
If yes, I'm just curious what you've done to negate the effects, and if you've thought of actually leveraging AI to create a product say an SAAS based on your service.

I would like to know what are your best strategies in this area? And where do your best customers come from?

It's been up and down lately! Just doing my best to chug through it all.

Yes lots of people are making SaaS GPT wrapper types of software right now.

Yes, but likely not as much as you would think. Most people in the space are thinking about pivoting, though it's still profitable and the market still a large size. Improving sales & marketing efforts can help to maintain numbers YoY, and it forces you to be more studious with your budgets.
