So months ago, I purchased backlinks from a user. It turns out that the links aren’t good links.

I feel like this could be the reason why my website isn’t ranking very well. Is there a way to get out of this?

I have been getting around 100-300 visitors per week, which is good. But none of them are from Search Engines.

My goal is to get a good amount of traffic from search engines but I only get around 1-3 a month.

Also, when I searched my website name, a few posts are omitted. Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks a lot!

There could be a ton of reasons why you aren't seeing search traffic. I see so many people blame the backlinks they purchased for the reason. But in most cases that is not the case. What does your on page SEO look like? How old is the site? How many and what kind of links did you buy? How many and how long ago did you buy the links?

In my experience (in recent times) bad links do nothing for my rankings. The days of tanking your site with bad links is pretty much gone. Google did this to address negative SEO. Not saying it's not possible to hurt your website with links but I find it unlikely.

Maybe it has something to do with your keywords? have you tried using your keywords more often in your posts?
That's the MAIN reason i see it too, if his SEO is GOOD enough, he should've some decent organic traffic monthly, not 2 or 3 like he said. He's doing something totally wrong, especially that he seems relying 100% on backlinks only.

Mate, try to work more on your SEO, keywords in your content like volkswagon1143 told you. To drive organic traffic needs hell lots of SEO works & time man, do not rely mainly on backlinks.

Thank you! I learned my lesson on backlinks. I’m working on pushing out content with long tail keywords now.

I think this is the best place you could find better links. I'm new here and already saw some popular list providers threads.

Try targeting a new set of keywords this time. See if it brings search oriented traffic after you're done with building quality links to it.

How do you know that those links are the reason for your not ranking?

1. Passion and Patience, I got that. I hope it’ll stay with me for the rest of the journey.
2. I have a strategy planned.
3. I’ve been doing social media marketing but I’m focused mainly on content creating to get those organic traffic at the moment.
4. I’m still new to link building. I’m still learning and figuring. For now, my go-to is a Quora and Reddit. Any suggestion is appreciated.
5. I’m hoping for it to grow bigger but my blog barely has around 15 followers and subscribers combined.
6. This week, I have been doing that which gave me the opportunity to get a guest post in.
7. As long as it’s quality and passes copyscape, it’s unique to me. I hope to increase the quality to keep the bounce rate lower.

Thank you for this and any extra advice is appreciated!

Here is some points. Do KW research - Only target low and medium level keywords 2. Create good content around this topic, answer some question in that article. 3. Update regularly your blog. atleast once in a week. 4. Buy some links - you will get visitors from search engine.

Check your Money site backlinks if have any spam links or not and remove it, once when you buying the backlinks check the spam source and he added any spam relevanted post or not.
