I am looking for a reliable provider who can supply Windows VPS on a monthly basis, with a requirement of around 50 VPS every month. My budget is under $4 per VPS per month. The VPS should be available in 5 to 10 different countries, and RDP access is required. This is intended to be a long-term, recurring partnership, and I am ready to proceed with consistent monthly orders if pricing and service are stable.

This price is almost unwilling for suppliers

Good luck with that budget—Windows licensing or even stable RDP for under $4 in 10 countries is a fantasy. You'll get what you pay for. If you want something that actually works, our Windows VPS at https://rawhost.net/?lang=en starts at $16.57/mo. It's not $4, but it’s stable.

windows licensing is the bottleneck for providers at that price point . ur basically looking for disposablevps sellers who use stolen cloud credits ( azure / aws ) , and those will die in 48 hours lol
if u want long-term stability for under $4 , u wont find it in a reseller thread . u better off renting a couple of fat bare-metal dedicated servers and virtualizing them urself with proxmox or esxi
heres how we handle this for mass account management
1 grab a dedi with 64gb or 128gb ram ( hetzner/ovh/dacentec) .
2 use a stripped-down windows iso like tiny10 or atlasos . standard windows server images eat 2gb ram just idling , but these builds can run on 1gb or less . u can squeeze 50+ instances on one box easily
3 for the "different countries" requirement , dont rely on the vps ip . vps ranges are flagged instantly by any decent anti-fraud
4 route each instance through a dedicated residential proxy or a wireguard tunnel to the specific geo u need
this way ur cost per instance drops to like $2-3 (including the proxy ) and u have 100% control over the hardware and fingerprints
chasing $4 windows rdp sellers is a waste of time .. they will exit-scam u the moment u scale . tbh virtualizing ur own dedi is the only way to play the volume game
