Hello, I have a question about title tag duplicates

The site has 10 languages and title tags are the same.
So for each language title tags must be different, am I right?

language translation only added means no need to worry, but different language websites and domain extensions for particulars means should have to change title description content everything to avoid duplication.

You mean if url is changing (/en or /ru) I need to translate title and description to avoid duplicates?

They should be original. It will help you ranking easier.

You won't really rank for foreign term with English on-page...
