Recently we are having a situation where setcamp and launch campaigns on facebook ads are locked, does anyone have a way to limit that, let's discuss

Have you run this campaign before? Or double-check your ad copy to see if you missed any violations. It's best to buy an old, strong account with a spending history. Good luck!
 
The first thing to do when your account is locked is to appeal it, or send chat support, it will be great if the appeal is successful and you can return to normal use.
Next in the meantime, you should replace it with a new account. But remember, always change the content, images, url, don't copy the old camp.
 
Please select accounts that have passed previous review.
 
How many accounts have you tried it on? Please check the reason for the account being banned from your campaign/account/or fanpage.
 
Looks like your account is weak, have you tried agency ad accounts that has very good spending history? that might help you.

To optimize campaign performance, consider switching to a more reputable account and adjust images and content to align with Facebook's policies.
 
It may be because your account is new and quite weak for BH products. Please switch to buying an older and stronger account to limit the possibility of being disabled.

Either because you posted a post that seriously violated the policy, or because your account is too weak, you should use an account with a spending history and minimize content that violates the policy
 
Switch to an old account with a large spending history, it will be safer. Or you can use a reputable BM account.
