Then you're in a wrong section of the forum. Try either Joint Ventures(after you pass the requirements) or Hire a Freelancer forums.
Also, building a software is too wide of a requirement. Try to be clearer:
Are you trying to scrape some data? Make a bot for whatever purpose?
Is it supposed to be a desktop app you would sell? Or a smart contract living in a blockchain?
Or even some weird combination of all of the above?
Programming is a field with a high degree of specialization - for example me, I could be able to throw togethere some .js scripts and cobble up a bot or scraper. But I would suck quite badly if you want something that looks presentable to a wide audience - my sense of design just isn't there so most of my stuff tends to be quite simplistic and functional - one bullet solving one problem. But it won't look nice.
So pray tell young gentleman(if I can be so rude as to assume your age), what doest thou desire?
