    Hello All,

It's great to be a part of this community - so much to learn and experience here. Total newb here :)

Looking forward to learning and growing. THANK YOU to all of you for making this community what it is!!!

I've already used a service here to redo our website -hopefully finished tomorrow.

I run a side-business which imports, distributes wholesale/retail superfood powder. I'm looking to grow that and become a leader in our industry.

    Thanks all!

    Cribey

    Hi. Great to meet you!

Importing always has it's challenges but it's the journey of experience and thrill of it landing here that I love. Because it's such a challenge, especially if it comes inland from a 3rd-world country (non-English speaking) then all the better when we're successful on the import.

I'm a product creator which I love as well, and so selling (web, posts, social media etc) the product I am looking outsource. I have also taken the time to get to know my distributors on a personal relationship, and so we're all in it together.
I've also made good connections and am now able to get multiple quotes on various parts of the import( freight/brokerage/insurance etc).

Sales are picking up always, and I've noticed its quite seasonal.

There is a steep learning curve (with anything really) with the importing that has opened my eyes and made me a better businessperson.

The checklist of import items to go through is ever increasing while the challenge of the actual import decreases. This is until something out the obvious happens and you start to learn all over again. :D
