It is basicly a day where you buy christmasgifts. All companys are trying to rake in whatever they can on their sortiments.

It's when people who are normally sane go out an buy things they don't really need and that are the same price in other sales during the year.
It's a marketing ploy for stores to shift products they think they'll get lumbered with
