sorry to ask this in the introduction section
im new here i was trying to post a thread but couldn't
it says some error
i want to ask something but how?
do i need to upgrade jr.vip for that?

You most likely have to get a few more posts in before being able to post in that section. If it was the 'Hire a Freelancer' section then you aren't able to post until you're a Jr. Vip.
