Hi,
I have a verified and a genuine email list. I'm interested to promote casual dating offer.
I tried a few smtp providers like mailchimp, elasticemail, sendinblue etc. They ban me instantly when they notice affiliate links. Is there a workaround for this?. Appreciate your help on this!.

Everything is simple and long known - you need to do redirects.
There are a lot of options for them - google to help.
It’s still very important that the redirect freely skips the mail service of the addressee, otherwise the letter will go to spam.

Ya i did that and also tried adding landing pages but there is no smtp provider for this

As an option - ask in a letter to write to the mailing address, and then put an answering machine with your affiliate link.
