hello i got PTC website and i can put ad's there
what program should i put into there to earn some cash and pay per click or sign up any suggestions please?

i took some script and modifted it with alot of $$$ it's good script because i made it good script
al right you say CPA is good but kill me i cant find i registered to CJ cant find anything any adive plz
