No mobile app. But you can use the site on mobile, it has a good interface on mobile also.

Welcome buddy! I think language wouldn't be a barrier to learning. We don't need to be experts in English. Being capable to understand by yourself and make understanding others is enough. And it seems your English is good enough too.
